Not too good at all.
Had a horrible day today. Only ate about 350 calories, and can't make myself eat more.
Talk about bad idea.

I didn't do as well either...but..not because I was too low.. I went over by about 50 calories...not a huge amount...but...when I am doing an average...I need to be as low as possible.

In other words, don`t be too hard on yourself, it will drive you nuts, like me with the scale issue LOL...
EA , you must force yourself to eat more or even get the cals trough liquids such as juice etc on days when cals are too low....
And K you prbably burned that 50 cals by doing extra little steps here and there during the day..Yes you must be carefull but don`t become a slave to calorie counting...You two are doing good..Ghislaine

My calories are good 1500, nice clean, good food. I did aerobic dance stuff for my cardio. But I can't fit in the steps. Not enough time.
G is right. A challenge shouldn't be 5 or 7 days in a row where you beat yourself up. Kristie's on the right track with her averaging. But try to keep perspective, a spare 50 cals a day only adds up to a pound in over two months! And you don't go over everyday. And 1500 is only enough to maintain about a 100 lb'er anyway.
Sarah, you need fuel for energy, to repair used up cells and body parts. Your butt'll be draggin' on day five. Snack if you have to. A nibble here and there. All praise the hard boiled egg! We all know nibbling can add up the calories.

: ) Thanks. Tructh be told when I get really upset and stressed out my stomach rejects anything I put in it.
But I resolved the issue way late at night and then I had a piece of leftover pizza... : P (Oh-so-healthy)

Thanks G...
You are just the best with the pep talks...I was just thinking to myself the other day..." Why the heck can I not get back into my "zone" where I was losing 2-3 pounds per week?" I am becoming inpatient...and I realize I should be glad for what I have done...so..I just gotta quit being so whiny and do what I gotta do.
I must say..the other day I decided to take my measurements...pants were feeling a little loser and I have only lost a few pounds in the past few weeks...so..after adding up all of the inches together...I have lost 29 inches...holy cow. No wonder that the shirts I wear now (and yes...they are the same ones I wore at my highest) look like I should be going to bed...but..I am too cheap to go out and get new ones...I guess a couple of new Tshirts would not hurt...luckily I get to wear jeans and Tshirts to work...so..I have not had to invest in any new "career clothes"
Thanks again G...for all of your inspiring words.
Kristie
