rushing out the door to bring daughter to piano lessons ...I work my butt off at work today cause we were short of people!!!
Anyway, I`m dropping my daughter off then walking around the neighborhood while she`s at piano cause I need the fresh air...;D...G


5` 4 and 3/4 inches
previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

I had much to do today...and had the chance to come into work early today...so..I will take some time tonight at 8:00 or 9:00 to go over to the hospital's gym and walk on the treadmill...and maybe watch ER. :)

Thanks G for making me report in for five days...if I did not have to answer to someone...then I would just count this out as another busy day...and forget it...but...NO!!! can't look bad in front of the group...gotta hold up my committment. :)

I appreciate the accountability as well. I never feel like exercising when I get home from work but somehow it's important to me to live up to my word here.
Day three for me was 15 mins on the elliptical and I think I'll do some legs in front of Jeopardy a little later.

You had a wonderful idea G., thank you.

Found out on the way to piano that my daughter needed to bring some form of desert to school tomorrow because they are having a potluck after a play they are doing...So yep instead of my nice refreshing walk it was off to the store to shop!!! I hate those last minute notices and so far this week it`s been a differant one every night....O.K. enough whinning! since I was pretty much comatose by the time dishes were done, I did entertain the idea to just take a break but oh no, I had to live up to my part of the bargain so I got my butt off the sofa and then did 8 minutes of warm up followed by overhead presses, arm curls, push ups, bench presses, flys etc...then finished with 5 more minutes of moving to music so I got in a total of 28 minutes in !!! ;D G
