I ended right on my 1500 calories. No walks, but I've resolved to see the doctor for my hips and other problems.

Good work...I wasn`t so good yesterday with exsercise...My food was o.k. but I feel all congested and my BP has been on the low side the last few days...I`ve decided to just take it one day at a time and see how much energy I have at the end of my work day...G

168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

I ended up at 1674 for day 3...not too bad considering I was weak and had a Carl's Jr. Breakfast Croissant for breakfast...won't do that again..made it too hard for the rest of the day...thank you to Wendy's...I had to eat out at work that night...totally left my food on the bar at home. So..they saved me with chili and potato...left me very full..and stayed w/in a good calorie count.
Did not get any exercise in though...I had too much work to do to run over to the hospital and exercise...that's what I get for taking Tuesday off. :)
Today is looking better...I am making a MUCH better choice for breakfast....I am sure it will lead to a whole day of good choices!! :)

Well day 3 sucked for me. I always hate going to the gym on Wed. because I work there on Wed. nights and thats just too much time there for one day! lol
But I set a goal and I even was supposed to do that extra 15 minutes that I didn't get in on Tues., but just as I was going to go to the gym, my dad showed up for an unexpected visit. So, I ended up sitting there for 3 hours talking with him. I hadn't had brekfast, then by the time he left at noon, I was starving, so of course had to eat something, and I can't go workout right after I eat. And I had a million things to do at home before I went to work that day, (I have to leave at 3:30). By the time I got off work, then went to the grocery store, and came home, it was 9:45. Thats when I had dinner.....Basically, I didn't get in a workout yesterday. But I also didn't eat much either, so I guess it all evens out!
Day 1: 1 hour on elliptical-burned 600 calories
Day 2: 45 min. on elliptical-burned 440 calories
Day 3: nothing
Day 4: It's a new day, and I'm going to try my hardest.

I'm under calories again for yesterday. However we had pizza at an in-service at work today. I certainly won't be way under today. At least it doesn't look like it so far.
