wow.... i dont know how i did..... i didnt even figure it cause i KNOW i went way over!!!.... i felt ill today so let my 6 year old make lunch.... he made.... peperoni and hot dog and cheeze sandwhiches with pineapple in a bowl on the side.... at least he had bread, meat, dairy, and a fruit.... so it WAS ballanced...... now.... to work on the calorie side of things!!!! (he was excited that he got to mark off almost all the food groups!!!)

Mine is usually between about 500 to 800 calories a day, but I make sure to eat healthy with fruit and green vegetables and since I eat low-fat and no-sugar-added foods that are very low in calories I can still eat enough to stay full and not feel hungry and still keep my calories that low, of course it is not recommended to go under 1200 a day without checking with your doctor, which I did, and she said to just be careful to get enough nutritients, and since I don't eat any junk food, but just healthy foods, that is easy to do.

I ended the day at 1100 calories.
I did exercise yesterday... so I assume that would bring the number down even further?
