Bingo, right on day two! 7035 steps .... just over 20 minutes cardio .... 1940 calories!

I was at work. Night shift, sigh. Five down, two to go and I'm off the weekend. What were you doing awake? What am I doing still awake? I've been home for over an hour!

I have to start over...yesterday I had a business meeting all day..and gave into some cravings...so..I went up to about 2000 calories...so..I am gonna start all over...7 days in a row of less that 1700...guess one good thing comes out of it...I will be forced to behave this weekend!!! :)

I did my 30 min. of cardio, and did my weights as well(knida sore today). I also drank 4 bottles of water and managed to get in one cup of green tea!

LOL, well, I live in Arizona... so it was only like 11 pm for me. I was just awake for no reason.
