I don't know if this is even allowed or if you all would rather me not..but I thought of using the forum as a daily report card..put down the calorie intake of the previous day to help keep modivated and honest to myself.
Yesterday. I took in 1845 or so. Course it can't be a perfect count but it's close..that gave me a -1681 result. It's a start.

Sounds good to me Ken. I often do that with my girlfriends...email what I had...how good or BAD I did and it really helps me out to. I say GO FOR IT! Mayble I'll even post mine with yours!
