Have you ever heard of the Wendy Plan? It's a part of weight watchers, but it can be adapted to counting calories. Look at this article and it explains it. I think it might be something that will work for you. It has to do with raising your calories like GymMachine was telling you. It has successfully worked for a lot of people. Good Luck.

I loved that article too! Now I just have to figure out how to, yet again, distribute my calories by day according to the plan...best of luck to you with it and keep me posted on whether or not it's working for ya!!
