 DREADING THE WEEKEND

I'm going away for the weekend and will be eating out both days..I'm scared I'm going to screw up what I've gained..or should I say lost.. Hubby never likes to go to places where I can choose good foods.. He always goes to buffets... Well..wish me luck that I make the right choises or try to anyway...

Sending positive vibes your way....Even at buffet there are better choices that can be made...Go for the salad dressing on the side, go for fish or chicken instead of fattier meat portions and since I mentionned the word portion, even if it is a buffet, go for normal portions instead of going for broke...Good Luck and I`m sending a help plea for everyone to help me send positive vibes your way..:) :) :) Who`s in with me ? If you are disciplined during the week you can pretty much eat normal on the weekends. I do it and am still losing.

Body for Life program does that...but it isn't for the whole weekend, it is only one day. I think when you eat so disciplined all week, the guilt of loading your body with crap on the weekend is enough to curb your apetite. ;)

And not to mention...when you've been eating well for a time...when you try to put the greasy, high cal...very dense food into your stomach...it may not visit for long...I've thrown up from eating foods I used to eat when I "thought" I wanted them....BIG MISTAKE...I felt awful!
