A work out that is LOL....
A while back I purchased this little book "The little strength training book"
it has info on the exercises as well as some work outs to do...Tonight I did the
"Back to basics: The weight-free workout to improve overall strength, it included
1-push ups (2 variations)
the first set was done normal military style
the second set, 1 hand rest on the floor while the other rest on a slightly higher level (2.5 inches higher) do 5 each side
2-back extension ( I really have to work at those)
3- bicycles (3 sets of 20 cause I just love those)
4-squat (3 sets of 10)
5- lunges (higher level of directional lunges , and I did 3 sets of 10 each side)
6-pull up (was the optional exercise but I stood on a little step bench and just let most of my arms and upper body do the work while still having the safety of having the bench under me)
That was the work out in the book, I started with a 8 minutes warm up aerobic session, and at the end I added a bit of arms exercises with medium weights....
I did overhead press, arm curls, and side raises...finsihed with a cool down and now some bragging...G

You may be sore in the morning, but that is your body building lean muscle mass. Keep up the great work! You can do it!
