I have been so good , I think!

I ate great, and worked out, and sweated my butt off!
well only the scale will tell, BUt I do not want to weigh in till MOnday!

I got on the scale this morning and I am down 1 pound (still that time of the month though) So I am hoping Monday I will be in the 160's! Woo Hoo! I get to adjust my profile again, and I am finally losing again ! Yay!

c/w: 171lbs (as of 12-03-04)
g/w: 155lbs (by 01-28-05)

Me too. I had KFC for lunch and Wendy's for dinner. I hate being on the go all the time. Didn't even HAVE the time for breakfast. : P

I generally don't even FEEL my hunger until I'm so that my stomach is twisting in knots and I'm almost doubled over in pain. LOL, it's like a delayed reaction... then I feel like I'm starving! Of course, I still feel compelled to eat when I'm not hungry. Go figure. : )

LOL... Thursdays are difficult days for eating. I have to get up early for work and then while at work I'm generally stuck with fast food for lunch. Thus the KFC. And then I get off at 5 and almost always have errands to run, so I tend to get dinner out too. Thus the Wendy's.
Even with the horrible food choices, I still satyed under 1500 calories. (Jeez...)
