I was wondering if any of you are in Curves.. I just joined a couple weeks ago and if any of you are in it, how long did it take for you to see results? I really like it.. I try to go everyday when possible.. I know they say you should only go 3 times a week but I don't work out too hard every other day.. I can't exercise too hard to begin with. My heart rate soars out of my chest. Hopefully after awhile I'll start to get in better shape and my heart rate won't be so high.

i was a member at curves for about 6 months...although i didnt notice any change, within 2 months i had went down an entire pants size... unfortuantely i tend to get into the habbit of losing weight and then being so happy about it that i slack off and gained it all back, but i really enjoyed it and although you can't really see results, others who don't see you on a regular basis will definately notice

I been going for about 6 month. right after my mother passed away I was finding myself getting real depressed. So since then I been going. Although I haven't lost any weight or inches my blood pressure is down and I'm feeling much better. Still FAT but feeling better.

sometimes I get depressed at curves becuase they are stars with everyones names on them and stings showing inches lose. It will never be
I can't lose weight even if I exercise all day an ate nothing. So what you see is what you get.

Hi..I'm actually not new here I used to come to this site all of the time. I happend to stop by and see the post about Curves and I thought that I'd reply. I began attending Curves a year ago but the stopped because I play other sports for the school I attend. However, when i was going to Curves daily i found myself regularly losing weight..it's a great place to work out if you aren't used to normal gyms. I'm thinking about going back soon actually! :-)
