i know this was talked about just a little bit ago but i have a question.
i was looking into joining a gym and i wanted to know if i should go to a regular gym or curves. i'm 16 years old and really want to start toning my body so when i get to my goal weight im not all flabby looking. so is curves a good choice for me and how is it different from other gyms?
how much does it cost?

I have heard people say positive things about Curves too. But, I don't know much about it all. I too am interested in finding out about Curves and how it is different from the rest.

I have been going for two months now, and I love it!! There are a few posts throughout this site about it, try searching "curves" and you should get some of the older postings as well. Good luck!!!!!

I've been a member for almost 2 years. It's great. I've lost almost 60 pounds and over 25 inches. It takes about 40 minutes to do the whole routine. There's always someone to talk to while you exercising so the time goes fast. Most curves opens at 6 in the morning so I can go before work. I have asthma and it was tough in the beginning but now I feel great. I can do the whole routine without using my inhalor. I am over 50 but there are all ages there. No one is fancy work-out outfits. The only thing I do suggest is - watch the knees. I overdid and had problems with the knees for a while. I highly recommend it.
