I just went grocery shopping last night so I have all kinds of food around the house. I am hungry and still at work - I just kow I"m crusin for trouble by the time I walk home 3 miles... any thoughts? I'm going to force myself to eat some fruits and vegies before I tear into anything else.

Eat a vegetable-based meal - this way you can eat a lot quantity-wise so it will fill up your stomach without having too many calories and fat.

Keep cantaloupe on hand. You can eat, like, an ENTIRE cantaloupe, and it's only about 120 calories. And it's packed full of vitamins and potassium and fiber and all kinds of good stuff. I've discovered it's one of the best things to have around when I think I might want to binge. I eat a half one and I'm stuffed.

My favorite's a grapefruit sprinkled with some sugar substitute. Only 90 calories for a huge ruby red one, and really filling.

Well the one thing i always love to keep around the house is celery...most people don't like it but if you do like it, it's a great thing to eat because by the time you have finished eating the celery you have burned away all the calories by chewing so much! I wish i could walk 3 miles a day! lol great job!
