Hey all,
Will the desired effect of crunches and other exercies on the abdominals, come around by doing the exerices every night, or by maybe only 4/5 nights a week, alowing a rest period? Isn't the entire day prior to each evening period of exercise sufficient enough for a recovering gap?
Yours,
Danny

nope and nope...you shouldnt really train a muscle more than twice per week and only once if your a heavy lifter...ab muscles are the same as any other muscle..same anatomy same structure etc...the popular belief of crunching every night till the cows come home was first started by infomercials in my opinion and has spread from there...in all honest crunches, twice per week with extremely slow up and down phases will help build your abs more than 50 crunches per night...remember though, without cardio and diet you arent going to have a six pack and even then you have to be patient because six packs some with pretty low body fat levels...dont be obssesed with the gut, train it like everything else an u will get there...ofcourse none of this means anything unless you get enough protein in the diet to
