are crackers good for you? Like Graham Crackers? I peeked at the nutrition labels for this item and I believe it said there are 140 calories in 8 crackers, with 2 or 3 grams of fat. If they do pass the nutrition test, i think I might have to have them more often. You can eat a lot of em' and still be in good condition with your daily caloric intake. The only problem is there might be something I've overloooked, as there usually is... LOL..

I think they're okay, but I'm no expert. Now that 8 crackers is really 2 whole crackers broken into 4 pieces each, you knew that right? Anyway I munch on them sometimes instead of a cookie,I also like the ones with cinnamon on them.In my opinion they are not that bad,and they do make reduced fat ones, too.LOL

yeah, I knew about the 2 full crackers, four smaller ones. But it seems like you are eating a lot of cracker when you have two large ones. That's why it seems kinda filling to me. it's hard to stop at two sometimes. lol.
Anyway, yeah. it's good they're reduced fat too!

I LOVE Graham Crackers with a little skim milk for breakfast! I've ate that since I was very young. I might just have to buy some again to have that. Healthier than a lot of the cereal that's out there.

I like then with a tad of peanut butter. Honey and cinnaman are my favorite.
