Hey everyone!
I have heard that drinking cold water or eating cold stuff helps you to burn calories more because it takes energy for your body to get back to it's natural temperature, is this true?
Also, what types of foods aid with digestion? I've heard hot stuff like peppers and spices do but I don't really like hot food. Any suggestions?
Thx,
Angel

yes the body does have to warm up water for it to be used...drinking cold water for a whole year straight, can add up to around 12 pounds of fat loss...i did read that but i do question its credibility.....its nothing to major for fat loss but it is true
Digestion aids come with foods which are high in fibre...alot of breakfast cereals and grains ....on the peppers, they are a thermogenic also...basically heats up the body and speeds everything up a little..again like the water its not a major thing but a useful quirk..all the little things start to add up
