Anybody know how many calories are in a Costco nonfat yogurt? I'm wondering if it's a good idea to have one for dessert tonight, since it is nonfat. But somebody said don't eat nonfat yogurt if you're trying to lose weight. I hate this. practically everything I choose has some kind of problem with it. Except fish. I find myself eating fish almost every single freakin' day because there is just nothing else I could think of that would help me lose weight. And I really need to lose because it's starting to make me depress! Sometimes, I wonder if I'm just not meant to lsoe weight......
I did lose 5 pounds. That's good. but I can't see a freakin' difference, and it's irritating me. I even feel FATTER. i can barely stand this. Nobody notices either. I saw my friends jsut the other day, and I told them I lose 5 pounds, and they said "really?" I mean, it's obvious. You'd never be able to guess. i look exactly the same or worse and I've already sacrificed soo much.
Sorry. i really needed to vent on this one......

....don't feel bad, people who see you often or every day are not as likely to notice some weight loss as much as those who have not seen you in a while, because the change is gradual to those who see you every day. But once you lose about 20 lbs and more it should be more noticeable, so don't be discouraged :-)
(I had one person who hadn't seen me in quite a while mention that I looked younger, I guess they forgot how overweight I was before but knew something was different, and I guess losing weight can make you look younger :-)

honey, remember 5 pounds is spread out all over your body. people don't scrutinize you anyway to that degree , which is good. you are obsessing way too much and freaking yourself out. relax and chill out. a non fat yogurt is fine. fish is fine, beef is fine, you can have servings of all of it, woof it endlessly? - none of it. work on having some patience and faith in yourself and think about things outside of yourself too. if you deny yourself a whole lot of foods you set yourself up for problems.
