Cool Breakfast for Weight Lifter's

x2 tablespoons of cut oats and three eggs white and half a cup full of skimmed milk and x16 drops of sucryl (or other equivalent to x2 tsp sugar).

Mix it all together and zap it in the microwave for 50 seconds. Take out and mix then shove back in and do for another 50 seconds. keep doing this until it is cooked. I soaked my oats in hot water first for a while until they took all the moisture in. Put enough hot water to just cover them in a cereal bowl. Can be left overnight and that way they cook and soften as quickly as the eggs do.

I saw this somewhere and thought it sounded yuk but it was really nice. Has both protein AND carbs in an equal balance too. I guess you could add one whole egg to the mixture instead of three egg whites, but it is ok without.
