Questions about Splenda and cooking with Splenda come up from time to time, so I thought it might be useful to post this article which was in today's San Francisco Chronicle. It's a bit long, but interesting.

Thanks!! I use Splenda in liquids but have never cooked with it. From the information in the article I may as well not try to cook anything with it if the results are not very good. But I did learn that you could use it in sauces etc. to sweeten the taste.
