My weight loss has slowed down, and I am wondering if this could be the culprit:
Sometimes with lunch, and/or with dinner, I have a 100cal chocolate chip cookie. Only one. Is that bad?
Just looking for permission to keep doing so, or confirmationg that I should stop :) :)

At 100 calories, it would take 35 days for you to add 1 pound of body fat, or 35 days to set you back 1 pound. I think you should eat what you enjoy, and one cookie is not excessive. Give it a little time, if you need to make adjustments, make some that allows you to have that little treat. Just remember that three or four little cookies could mean the difference between slow loss or no loss.

i almost ALWAYS have dessert. not in the triple layer fudge cake kind of way, but at least a little cookie, or a piece of chocolate, or some nonfat frozen yogurt almost daily. i just usually compensate with a smaller meal, and it's been fine for me. it's all about calories anyway

I think it depends on how many OTHER calories you are eating. You're right 100 hundred calories isn't bad, but added to what? What is your daily caloric intake?
It adds up quickly...that's why I count everything!

I didn't have one tonight, but I probobly will tommorrow.
Well, I pretty much eat whatever I want. Tonight, for example, I had a big bowl of soup that I made (fat free chicken broth, cabbage, tomatos, and every kind of vegetable I wanted to throw it) and 2 veggie dogs. I had them on 2 sliced of whole wheat bread with mustard.
Instead of a cookie afterwards, I had a 7cal popsicle.
What do you think?

Good idea with the popsicle. Takes so long to suck it down that you feel full from dinner...cos as we know it takes 20 mins for you to get the full sensation ..so a popsicle is a good time delay tactic!
