Sorry, but I HATE Chinese food. Wait it take that back, I like the sweet and sour chicken and the fried bisquits but that's it. But maybe what you could do is each a good healthy snack before you go to work so that you don't feel hungry. Then go ahead and eat your dinner. Because I find the more I don't let myself have something that I really like the more likely I am to bindge and eat even more. So allow yourself to have the food but only ONE meal with ONLY ONE serving. Keep yourself busy. If there aren't any customers clean. I know you said they keep it really clean but as far as a restraunt goes it can never be too clean. Plus there is a bonus to this. The more you keep moving the more calories you are going to burn. If you are in an area where you can walk, ask your boss if you can go for a quick walk (when it isn't busy), that way it will take your mind off wanting to eat. I know how you feel, I waitressed for many years and it is a very hard thing to do working with food all day. Good Luck. Keep us posted.
