I'm gonna be home a couple of mornings now so I thought I'd try this. Let's offer out our suggests for the components of good food. How about protein first since it came up yesterday. What is it and how big?
- a can of tuna 116 cals, 28 gms protein
- 4 oz of salmon 164 cals, 24 gms protein

Beans, dry or canned, anywhere from 14 to 17 grams of protein in 1 cup.
