If you are trying to shed some weight quickly, here are some suggestions...
Replace your cereal with a bowl of fruit... like some strawberries, honeydew, etc... juicy fruits are the best... they have high water content and don't have as many calories as some other fruits.
Change from eating three times a day to 5 times a day (only smaller meals). In between your fruit and lunch eat some low-fat yogurt or a bagel.
Change your sandwich to soup and salad (with low fat dressing).
Then about 2-3 hours after lunch snack on some raw broccoli and baby carrots (you can also use some low fat veggie dip)
When you have dinner, replace the ready made meals with a salad (light dressing) with chicken on it. Or grilled chicken and grilled veggies. The ready made meals tend to have a lot of sodium which will make you retain water... I would recommend that you eat predominately chicken and fish while your trying to lose right now.... you can incorporate red meats after you start to see results.
Make sure you are drinking at least 2 to 3 glasses of water a day.
Also, if you feel the need to snack, keep the veggie tray handy... also, by eating fruit in the morning you should not get cravings for sweets later on in the day.
Once last thing... try to get up from you desk every hour and either walk up/down a few flights of stairs or walk around your office... something to stimulate your metabolism. You burn most of you calories during the day... the calories your body needs to sustain itself... exercising burns calories as well obviously, but if you move around more during the day you will increase the calories that you burn too.

Tina i heard that somewhere before!! i am in uk and really wanna lose weight QUICKLY! it is summer time and in uk there is only so much hot weather you get so i wanna make the most of it! I really hope it works! thankyou bye bye.
