What a day I had Friday!! Here's my general itinerary:
7:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. = Cleaned house/ran sweeper/started laundry
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. = Errands/banking/groceries
2 p.m. to 6 p.m. = Cleaned husbands garage (car parts, tools, wood, etc)
6 p.m. to 7 p.m. = Walked 4.5 miles
7 p.m. to 8 p.m. = Ate dinner/relaxed
8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. = Went visiting friends
9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. = Watched TV
11 p.m. = Bed
I found an internet site that said cleaning a garage burned 325 calories an hour - which means that 4 hours I cleaned my husband's garage, I burned 1300 CALORIES!! It had to be that much because I was lifting very heavy car parts and tool boxes, and I moved tons of heavy planks of wood that were laying all over the place. His garage was sooooo messy, I thought we only owned 1 gas can - here we have 7. They were just buried under everything we couldn't find them!! OMG, I'm still tired just thinking of how hard I worked to get it clean!
P.S. My husband thought I hired someone to get it clean since it looked so good!

Hay Shari,
You are welcome to come over and workout at my place anytime. Nothing has a shorter life span than a clean garage (and nothing is more affectionate than a wet dog).

I'm not sure why I think I need an elliptical machine. I always have lots of THAT kind of exercise I could be doing :)
