 Children and weight issues

Is the person who used to post before here...that has children that have weight issues?

Just writing to see how they are doing? Didn't know if you had jumped on board with the new registering.

My son is gaining in height now, and he looks like he is slimming down; although he isn't gaining right now.

My kids aren't doing well at all. We went to see our dietician this past Friday. Each one of them have gained 15 pounds since April!!!!!!! Sure, they're growing too, so, their BMI hasn't changed, but 15 pounds???

Now that they're in school and picnics are over for the most part, it's time to get serious again!!

Glad to hear your son is doing good!

My 8 year old daughter is pretty healthy right now,but her habits are starting to worry me.She eats alot of junk food and just sits in front of the TV.Anyway,my question is I am walking a mile a day, would that be too much for her,or not? She wants to go with me,but I just thought it'd be too much. What do you all think?
