I am only 26, and I DON'T have a well -- umm 'sagging'problem in the chest area (I'm rather fortunate that way) but I was wondering if doing chest exercises now will help 'prevent' future trouble in that area? Also will it make my breasts shrink (you know... losing fat in that area)?? Pamela Lee I ain't so I don't wanna lose too much :P
Advice??
Thanks
Luna

If you exercise those muscles I can't guarentee that it will keep them from sagging later in life, but the muscle will be stronger and will help support the breast better making it more "perky". If you do lose some fat in the breast the muscle will help compensate the difference. And you won't look "smaller".

don't know if you do cardio with your weight program, but my piece of advice is to not run right after doing chest. I am not very big chested, but still, this hurts bad. i think it's actually suggested that women shouldn't run because of the boob issue... but it's just such good cardio...

chest exercises wont stop sagginess...the sags come with age and no amount of muscle gain will make the skin suddenly lift back up.
