Okay I am doing the Monday check in, and lets see.......
My weight is about the same........ but
I put on these jeans you know the one where u have to lie on the bed suck in the gut to get the zipper up. Well I didnt have to lie down or suck in. Whats up with that.
I also added some ab exercises to help with my work outs and been lookin into new possible eating habits. I cut back on carbs but am finding it hard to get rid of all carbs. There is carb in corn, milk etc......
I had a good week YEAHHHHHHHHHHH

I might have lost just one pound , but like you, my clothes are fitting better. I am also trying to lower my carb intake but I've found that I love carbs!! Can't help it. OH well. It's all good, I'm having fun getting healthy.

I was actually looking forward to today's check in ^_^. At last week's check in I weight 172. This week I weigh 168!!!!! That means I only have 8 more pounds until I'm not considered overweight according to the BMI thingy, and 28 pounds till I'm at my goal weight! I doubt that I really lost 4lbs of fat in a week, so I'm guessing I was just retaining allot of water since I was on my period last week. I'm still really excited about it! I haven't been this weight since the 6th grade ^___^
I'm starting to get guy attention too! Some guy winked at me while I was driving around with my friends the other day, and I had a guy make eye contact with me and smile while I was at the mall!! I know that doesn't sound like much, but for someone who used to only get made fun of or get nasty looks from guys, its a big thing ^_^.
I love all of you guys, and I hope ya'll are having good results too :D

good for you! i can't wait to try on pants that were way too tight, and see if there is a difference! i think that is a sure way of seeing that you have lost weight/inches! keep up the good work! next thing you know-those pants will be baggy on you! sometimes the numbers (scale) are important, but other times it's the way you feel and look that counts!

Glad to see everyone so far is having a good week! My personal week was, well, Not Good, but my weight loss week went well; I stayed within my calorie goal all but two days and the scale went down 2.5 lbs. In fact, I crossed from the official "overweight" category to the "healthy range" category (BMI now squeaking by at 24.8)--just wait, Fidget, you're going to love it. It's become painfully clear that I need to find a form of stress relief that does not involve calories (tried screaming, but the critters in the crawlspace complained about the noise). To that end, and because I need to start doing some, any, exercise, I am setting a mini-goal of getting out just once this week for a brisk 30 minute walk. Pretty pathetic, but for me, that's a challenge. Good luck to everyone else!

Well as most of you know, I took last week off after a year of hard work. The scale says I gained three pounds for that week. I do know that some of that is water weight since I hardly drank water at all last week (shame shame) and since its almost "that time." So I am back at it again today, with renewed power and determination. HERE WE GO....goodbye fat.....hello health!!!! good luck all see ya next week!!!!!

It's not pathetic at all!! A challenge is a challenge! Go for it! I don't know who started this check in idea, but thanks.
I weighed in at 160.5 this morning I'm working on my next goal of 159, which is taking forever! My goals have been (from 189)...185*****179****175****169****165****and now waiting on 159!!! I can't wait to get that pretty pair of PJ's I've promised myself! Have a great week everyone!

This week I did very well. I didnt eat after 7pm at all..even on my free day, I kept in my calorie range, and I excersised 4 days plus went roller skating on Sun. Now as to the damn scale...I think mine is broken cuz it hasnt moved...of course my hubby has lost 10lbs since he weighed himself last so I must have a male scale *S* but like I said before, my goal was to get my excersise into a habit so its still a "yeah for me" week. And my clothes seem to feel a little bigger. So I'm ok!

I know what you mean. Some nights its 6:30 and I go "oh my gosh I need to find 300 cal NOW!" Usually those are the nights when I actually get a real treat like ice cream or a mini candy bar cuz I can get cal fast...luckly it doesnt happen too often now I think I've finally figured out how to balance the calories throughout the day.

I like this check in thing. As some may know from my other posting, I've stopped smoking and need to lose 15 pounds. I have set goals to do a certain amount of exercise, drink my water, and not eat past 7:00. I'll post next Monday to see how I did. Sounds like you are all doing so well. What an inspiration.

Okay, I'm checking in, too. I lost 1.5lbs. this week. I was hoping to break the 130 mark. Hopefully next week I'll have done that. I've done really well sticking to my plan and I'm proud of myself!
