ok i'm not sure which is the best thing to do
I started out my first weight 260 was in the doc office in jeans and heavy winter clothes
but the next weight after that was at work in the smae thing i always weigh in
it was 2 weeks later and 254.... so i dont' really know what to say was my start weight
but since i'm now goign by taht scale i'm changing my start weight for the 254
i dont' feel like i've lost 13lbs because i dont' think i was ever all the way 260 as i was wearing shoes AND a heavy sweater
so anyway just wanted to let ya'll know why i'm changing it
so my actual total for now comes to 7.5lbs

Well, 7.5 lb is still a good loss. Keep at it. I have a Dr. appt (regular check up) in about a month and I dread getting on his scale. I always weight about 7 lbs more there, arggg.
