 Challenge Day Five

OK so I'm a day late. Yesterday I started on the treadmill (old manual sloggin hard work!) and then put on some CD's and boogied around for 60 mins. I did weights and aerobics and floor exercises. Then we went to my SIL's where my husband was roofing and I help for half an hour cleaning up and pushing a wheel barrow.
I feel better about that one than some of the previous four days:)

I'd like to do another five day starting Monday. I really appreciate the accountability. Anyone else?
