How do you look at carb's when it comes to buying healthy cereal?
Is it ok to eat before goingt to bed ( As a filler if I get hungry) or would it be better just to have in the begining of the day?
I know alot of carbs arent good for you but how will I know which one are which ones are which?

carbs are carbs, it all comes down to total calories at the end of the day...carbs in the morning to mid afternoon is the best time to have them because the body uses them much more efficiently....but in the end if you eat too much of anything you will put on weight...cereal is the best time for carbs so dont worry about even reading the label unless your counting calories lol...you need carbs in the morning because you have been at a fast from sleeping and you need to normalise your blood sugar levels....the carbs which arent good for you are really the ones you see in things like chocolate and chips which is pretty self explanatory as to why...it is ok to eat carbs at night i guess, im not a huge advocater of big pasta meals at night or anything but in the scheme of things it all comes down to how many calories you eat throughout the day...if you can have a pasta meal at night and stay within your calorie deficit then by all means go ahead...probable the best foods at night are milk/proteins/fibre because they dont raise blood sugar levels and they take a while to break down, giving you slow released energy whilst you sleep (yes even when u sleep your burning calories!)
