Here is something I hate!!!
Every "healthy" cereal I see has way more calories that the sugary crap made for kids. I buy a cereal thinking oh this has to be good it's high in fiber, it's all bran and has fruit. I have a bowl without thinking to check the cals, then BAM!! theres all the calories. I guess I should've just had a bowl of Fruit Loops instead!!!

Or you buy a cereal because you assume it's healthy and then look at the ingredients and it contains partially hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup, 2 of the most UNHEALTHY substances on the planet, lol.
I just try and stick with the basic, simple cereals. Like cheerios, bran flakes, rice squares, things like that.

I use Cheerios and Bran Flakes here as well. With milk the BF is 150 cals per serving and the Cheerios are 180. I use 1/2 up of 2% milk.

If you can get past the thought of eating a high-fiber cereal, Fiber One is actually pretty good, and only 60 calories per 1/2 cup, plus whatever amount of milk you want to add, and very filling. I thought it would taste terrible, but was pleasantly surprised.
