 Catch up

I've just had a long stretch at work that was too many days and nights mixed together. My (nutritional) judgement has just been getting worse and worse (read here beer and burger last night :). But at least I've still been working out. Last night I walked with a friend, which is nice for a change.
Today is pick up and start over day. So I will begin by picking up some motivation from all of you.
As soon as I'm done catching up on the web, I'm off to WalMart to finally get that exercise ball I've been promising myself (will report back later :).
And Glory be! I need to be shopping for new bras. I'm losing fat everywhere! And let a sturdy Flemish gal tell ya .... that is a good thing!
I'm off to read now!

Hey, I was just wondering yesterday where you'd been :)

I told myself I wasn't going to waste money on new clothes until I reach my goal, but I don't know how much longer I can float around in these things that are 3 sizes too big. When I weighed 220, I bought my clothes oversized for even THAT weight, and now that I'm down to 190 (saw 189 this morning but not counting as official yet, you know me!) I'm SWIMMING in these things.

However, a new bra might be in order soon, lol.

Good to see you back :)

You will love the exercise ball. I have one at home and here at the gym at work. I mainly use it to do my abs and you can really feel it. I now do abs on it while holding a 10, 15 and 20 pound weight. Noooo, not all at once, ha, ha. I start with 10 and finish up with the 20. Mine came with a video that I haven't been able to watch (technical difficulties), but hopefully I will soon.

I know what you mean by being official. I have to see it for two days in a row, but 189, that is amazing!!!!! Way to go!

One band size, one cup size. It makes such a difference. I look so much trimmer ... just from that one little garment!
And the ball is a hoot! I'm such a klutz!
