Wether you`re on the treadmill, eleptical or simply shaking what your mama gave you, this was my selection this morning for a great pre ab cardio warm up...I just took the "shake what your mama gave you" route for a change...:D
1--I fought the law...

2--Buffalo soldier..

3-Taking care of business..

4-Brick house...

5-Bad to the bones...

during abs..

6-It`s alright now (song from the tooth fairy movie It inspires me )

7-Jeremahia was a bullfrog..

8-Joy to the world..

cooling down...

9-Werewolf in London....

10--Play tha funky music

That song gets me moving no matter where I am, I can't stand still.....excellent choice =) Now I've gotta put it on.

I also did a change today of my routine (kind of). Instead of doing my 70 minute disco sweat I put in my sweating to the oldies 3 and sweat more than I have in a few months. I did 60 mins, then switched to disco sweat for the crunches and cool down. It was a nice change.

I like to step to techno dance music, it really makes me step faster, then when I do my circuits I like to switch to some hip hop or light rock.........of course I have to listen to what other people want to hear sometimes BUT there is one old man that comes in to the gym occasionally and he likes to put on 50's music and it puts me to sleep, so I hid the 50's CD from him (LMBO, I know that is sooooooooooo mean, but drastic times call for drastic measures)..............please don't hate me for being mean to an old man. He still jams to the other stuff with us! LOL

I've already told everyone here that I'm a huge BeeGees fan. I never walk to anyone else. But here's some other I can't stand still's .... Kylie Minogue's "I just can't get you outta my head ...... ", "Hooked on a feeling" the ooga chucka one, the Beatles "I saw here standing there".

Ok, you guys are gonna think I'm dumb, but I feel pumped with Beethoven or maybe Vivaldi (his Four Seasons is incredible). I have no idea who most of the current artists are, but I suppose that doesn't matter as long as I find something I like. Just a second....I just watched a movie recently that made me really want to dance and like really get around. Ummmm...right!...it was Dance With Me, or something like that. With Vanessa Williams and Chayanne. Man, some of those dancing scenes with the Latin stuff pumping, really got me going.

I know you believe you are just having fun, but give the old guy back his CD. There are so many people who don't go to gyms because they feel they aren't welcome there....
