Hey! How si everybody? Has anybody had any real improvements on their goals since I last heard from ya? Hope it's all goin' well!
Here a Q for ya!:
Actually, I think I already know the answer, but I am just checking to make sure that I am right:)
If you want to lose weight, but not gain muscle, you do the cardio machines. Correct?
Are ANY of the cardio machines in the gym prone to making your muscles bigger?
It is not possible to gain muscle using Any cardio machine, right?
Thanks for the Help!

seems you dont want to do weight training lol...when you lose weight remember your muscle tissue is your metabolism, so you atleast want to keep what you have...you dont have to be a gym buff to do this, a basic program consisting of core exercises involving larger muscle groups can aid in 'keeping' what you have...cardio will burn fat sure, but your muscle is responsible for the rate your body burns calories...you dont want to lose the muscle at the least, otherwise fat loss may become difficult after a while.
