I just read something that I figured was true anyway. I usually once a week eat a 1/2 baked potato with dinner, or brown rice. I also eat one 6 inch sub per week, and those are the only carbs I usually eat. I eat dinner about 2 hours after I work out in the evening. This is usually 6:30pm that I eat dinner. Most will say you should eat carbs early in the day. I just read that carbs eaten after moderate to intense exercise does not turn to fat. The carbs actually go to restore glycogen. Now I'm not saying go crazy on the pasta, breads, and potatoes, but if you do any exercise before dinner, don't worry about it. It won't turn to fat!

your right 100% - i tried to argue that with anne-marie...eating high GI carbs after workouts (including cardio) wont contribute to fat storage or stop any fat burning capabilities - it goes to restoring glycogen in the body, and especially after a weight session when your muscles are void of glycogen its high priority is to restore what you have diminished.
