 Can someone reassure me?

I noticed that my hip measurements have went down faster since I started my disco routine but my body is used to it after 3 months. So I went back to my old routing with more oomph into it but am afraid that the measurements won't go down like they have been. Is this just nonsense? Will it keep going down regardless of the type of aerobics I do?

I think so! I think it's great to change things up...and if you feel like the intensity is there...keep it up!

I have to admit, you look great already Donna! ;o)

your measurements might not go down as quick due to 2 things : 1) your already fairly light now with only 10 pounds to go...it will take everything u have to get these last few pounds off and 2) you have already done this exercise before...be it before 3 months, the body will remember...it may work for a lil while, but u will become efficient at the exercise quicker than most novices...which ultimately means less cals used....try something radically different..in truth, try some sort of exercise you rekon you suck at...hows your rowing? are u a good biker on consistant hilltops?..you get the point....find something your not good at, and work at it and bust your gut trying to better your results...you only have 10 pounds to go so dont expect the measurements to drop like before, no matter what sort of cardio you do...keep at it :) !!

Well, I do suck at riding up those hills and it's been in the 70's lately (my favorite), so out comes the bike. Thanks Gym =)
