My daily routine consists of a 1/2 mile jog at 7 a.m., a 4 mile walk at 6 p.m. and hand and leg weights.
I figured the more I exercise, the more I can eat and the more I will lose. Is there really such a thing as "overexercising"?

yep and yyour borderlining it....its not always the more exercise i do the more i can eat..sure u can eat a LITTLE more but probably not what your thinking...if you do this daily then atleast cut it down to 5 days a week...and u dont need to to do weights that often either...do them say 3 times a week and leave your weekend free..i bet with the breather you lose more weight and feel better coz maybe...and this is only maybe..you may burn out after a while...cardio twice in one day is ok and its good you do them at opposing times (night and day) but theres no need to do weights that often...when u overexercise u tend to get tired, restless, and your gains come slower if at all and can reverse...no not put weight on but halt completely...overtraining is common..less is more..u will get more out of your workouts the less u do..please leave your weekends free, dont be afraid u will still lose weight as long as your in a calorie deficit...there are other symptoms and nasties of overtraining but its been a while since i really read up on it but i do remember it is worse than actually doing nothing in alot of ways...u prob dont believe that but it is true..if u like i will try and find some litterature for you on it.

I was looking a bit on the internet about it and didn't find a whole lot. What I have noticed is I'm having trouble sleeping, pain and stiffness of my rheumatoid is kicking up a bit the past couple of days. I feel totally exhausted.
Maybe I am working out too much...
