Hi Everyone!!
Im 14 weeks pregnant, and I have found an article in Woman's Day magazine with daily eating plans for various calorie groups. I would fit into the 1400 calorie plan, but this does not consider the factor of me being pregnant. Does anyone know how many more calories I should be consuming above the 1400?

Check with your doctor. But when I was pregnant I ate as healthy as possible, sometimes you just have to give in to your cravings. Always drink lots of milk and water. Hope this helps!! Congrats on the baby

it is said that you need anywhere from 300-500 extra calories a day. I was told an extra apple and a cup of yogurt a day would meet the requirements. Hope this helps!!!
