Okay - I know this sounds funny, but for those of you with an abdomen like mine - you will appreciate this.
I had a breast reduction (as most of you already know) and now I can do jumping jacks without all the breast bouncing (along with a nice sports bra).
However, now that "those" are taken care of - my bouncing abdomen is driving me crazy and actually hurts if I jump too long. Is there an "abdominal bra" so to speak that I can wear during exercising to reduce this bounce???

Go to your local discount or department store and find a "body shaper" in the lingerie section. It's not as uncomfortable as a girdle, and will do the job.
