Well since it makes sense to set up goals that I can control and be responsible for meeting them I`m making a new one...
It`s official that come february 1st I am grading to obtain my yellow belt in the jijutsu form of karate. Since I want to to the testing being the best that i can be I will be reviewing my katas, and other exercises but will also kick up my cardios back up a notch along with some strength training. I can control this because if I get lazy and not do proper work outs then I`m only cheating myself. So this is it for this months I am in "Training mode"LOL
Hey who would have believed at this time last year that i would not only get in better shape physically but also put my fear of being embarassed aside and join a karate dojo....You never know if yea don`t try is one of my favorite thing to tell my kids, well i`m glad i followed my own advice for once...G
