1) Don't buy into it. There is only two things that really causes weight loss..exercise and watching your calorie intake.

I'll let the body fitness exercise masters like Gym to answer the rest :)

I beg to differ. I have taken Diet Fuel and it seems that it excellerates the amount of exercise I am able to do and the amount of intensity I'm able to do is unbelievable. You do have to be careful with these products that have ephedra in them. I never take the full dosage. For instance, the dosage for the Diet Fuel is three tablets three times a day. I normally take two maybe twice a day but never three times a day. If you have any type of heart condition, its not advisable that you take products like these. Ken is right when he says that only exercise and dieting can cause you to lose weight but the extra energy that Diet Fuel gives you allows you to work extra long and extra hard. I would not take these pills and sit in front of the television eating potato chips. You have to incorporate dieting and exercise in order for them to even be worth the time. There are those thermogenics without ephedra but I heard they are not as effective.
It seems as you have a good plan together. It is hard to say how much you will lose in a specific time period.

yeah the pills can work...depends on how your body handles them...some can some cant...try a small bottle and a small dosage to see how u go...if u dont feel right then stop..atleast u didnt blow huge amounts of money this way on a large bottle of the stuff....cell tech/nitro tech arent fat loss things they are meal replacements and/or protein powders...melve is right the efx doesnt work...anything with synephrine instead of ephadrine simply doesnt do a hell of alot...as for your neck exercises give them up...you need fat loss and this isnt going to help it...ken is right, u need lower cals and just more movemnt basically...its the same for things like abs...no amount of crunches is going to get u a 6 pack...its all fat loss nothing else, nothing really tones...the word tone is used to describe a lower bodyfat with the ability to see muscle....keyword is bodyfat...reduce that and u ill be tone everywhere...so dont hurt yourself with chewing actions because in all honesty they arent doing you any favours.
