Well.. I wanted to get back to my exercising today since I was slacking off for the past week and a half but I can barely do anything without getting out of breath and my heart pounding out of my chest. I went down to my basement and thought I was going to pass out coming back up.. I'd stay in bed today but that's hard to do with a house full of kids to watch.. I guess I'll just have to sit and watch them and rest as much as I can. I was looking forward to exercising again but it's going to have to wait until I feel better. Not sure what is wrong with me.. Just woke up feeling exhausted.. Hope I feel better tomorrow.. I WANT TO MELT SOME FAT!!!!!

just do some regular movement today. You don't need to kill yourself if your body says don't. Just move around and you will burn some calories.

Pam,
I hope you feel better. I hate feeling like you are today and, with 3 kids myself, I know that it's impossible to get a little extra sleep so that you can get rid of the exhausted feeling.
Maybe by tonight you'll feel like moving a little more and you can do something not quite as strenuous as you'd like but enough to get you back into the swing of daily workouts.

Don't sweat it (no pun intended). If you're not feeling well, then take it easy. Try to drink plenty of fluids and maybe take a vitamin to help your body overcome what it's going through. Maybe you can sneak a nap in later today? That might help.....
Maybe you'll feel great tomorrow and you'll have an awesome workout! :)))
